The 44th Annual Thor Winter Olympics took place in Florida last week. This event is always a great showcase of young talent. Some have even signed very lucrative, multi-year deals at their young age. Here are a few shots from the Supercross portion of the week.

The top amateur rider of the week was #214 Austin Forkner. Watch for him to turn Pro for the upcoming AMA Outdoor season.
The other prospect in the top classes was #486 Chase Sexton. Word is, he will turn Pro in the 2017 Supercross season.
#46 Marco Cannella had the speed of the top riders in the Schoolboy classes. With better starts, we may be looking at a 2015 Mini O’s champion.
#553 Nick Denniston was attending the event for the second time. He was much more comfortable once the action moved over to the Motocross track.
#494 is Thomas Rendall from Ottawa. He’s gaining a lot of experience at these big amateur nationals and it will pay off as his racing career progresses.
We had a Canadian champion in the 250 C class. #424 Austin Watling proved he has the speed and tenacity to win at these huge events.
If you had a moto crystal ball, you’d definitely see championships in the future for #411 Nick Romano.
