Greetings, Humans,

September really was a mist of a month. Seriously, where did it go?!

I realize I write about reflections and experiences. Have you ever felt that you are constantly on the struggle bus or climbing a Mount Everest in your life? Good news, we can pivot!

Perhaps, we should call it a “Perspective shift.”  Actually, this is quite similar to riding. Especially, for all of my two-stroke lovers out there! You know the moments when you’re aggressive on the throttle and the bike is screaming so loud; it sounds like an Italian family dinner on a Sunday night?! You’re looking for more power…so you shift up. Everything becomes calmer, smoother, and the flow just seems effortless; almost too easy! Yes, the speed takes some adapting and getting use to, but isn’t that what it’s about? Embracing the comfort of being uncomfortable.

Well, if you’ve always been used to having to fight and struggle, you’ll pick up what I’m putting down. When it feels like your life has either been a series of entering storms or fighting your way through one, peace is something you dream of.  The ‘Perspective shift’ that I’m referring to occurred for me when I started developing my relationship with the man, JC, aka Jesus Christ.  Let’s just say, over the last few months, He has been “taking a lot of the wheels” in my life!  Needless to say, there’s less to worry and stress about. Also, the peace that I used to dream about is becoming my reality.

When in doubt, throttle out; and give it to God,

Jacqueline
