A Few Photos from Canada AX Tour Round 6 Practice
By Billy Rainford
We’re all set to go again here in Penticton, BC for round 6 of the Canadian National AX Tour Presented by Royal Distributing. Here are just a few shots from earlier today in practice.
The little bike classes had some of the most riders here this week.
A Supermini moto blasts off the line. #46 Tyler Gibbs looked fast and smooth this afternoon.
And he was obviously more comfortable on the Monster Energy finish line double.
Jacob Hayes won all 3 classes last night and is in contention for all 3 titles.
If you watch the Valvoline AX Tour LIVE broadcast tonight, I think you’ll see this from the other side.
Young Bradbury had a good day on the 65.
Jess Pettis got out to an amazing holeshot in one of the mains last night.
#51 Brock Leitner said he hopes to put what he learned last night to good use tonight.
#101 Chris Blose has yet to win a main event, but is in the hunt for all three class titles.
#148 Cole Thompson is a self-admitted sore loser. He wasn’t happy with how the Clash for Cash went last night and hopes to grab some wins tonight.
#202 Blake Osatchuk is back in action tonight.
Hayes holds the red plate in the the Lites class and is within reach of the rest. He also took the first win in the AX Tour Triple Crown Presented by Parts Canada where the winner of 3 out of 4 last Clash races takes home $25000!
#55 Keylan Meston was also impressed with the speed of the leaders and hopes to be more aggressive here tonight.
#239 Ross Johnson is running basically stock bikes and hopes to be in contention tonight.
Action starts at 7:00pm Pacific / 10:00pm Eastern tonight. You can watch it all live at http://arenacrosstour.ca/axtour-live.html
